Disinfecting your home or office after spring or fall allergy season can help prevent your allergies from lingering even after allergy season. The other benefit of fogging is that it can help prevent the spread of viruses within the home or office.
Vacation Rental Turnovers
By definition, a "Turnover" is a cleaning which usually means that a client is a rental property owner or management company who needs units cleaned so that it can be rented out again quickly.

General cleaning is just your basic cleaning the consist of the following.

Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning is basic cleaning with a few extra services added.

Molding, woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)

Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed)

Pictures and Knick-knacks (hand wiped)

Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs and/or vacuumed)

Stove-top & drip pans scrubbed

All cabinet fronts cleaned

Tub/shower/toilet/fixtures (scrubbed and cleaned)

Vacuum all carpet and its crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair & carpet fibers collect)
We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted w/an extension duster.
The Fine Print:
We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Our cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2-step step stool.
Some homes have at least 1 chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We do offer chandelier cleaning as part of our inside window cleaning services. (additional charge)
We cannot guarantee the results of blinds & mini-blind cleaning. Excess build up may require an additional charge.
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or office and/or turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee.
We do not provide laundry services.
