We’ve put together a list of our most frequently asked questions to help you better understand our services and what to expect on cleaning day.
Do you move furniture while cleaning?
We cannot move furniture. However, we will do our best to clean any visible and reachable areas either by hand or with an extension duster.
How high can your cleaners reach?
For safety reasons, our cleaners are not permitted to step higher than a 2-step step stool.
What about chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans?
Some homes have chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans that cannot be reached by hand. We do offer chandelier cleaning as part of our inside window cleaning services for an additional charge.
Do you clean blinds and mini-blinds?
We cannot guarantee the results of blind and mini-blind cleaning. Excessive buildup of dust or grime may require an additional charge.
Will there be dust after the cleaning?
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. While we do our best to minimize airborne dust, this cannot be completely prevented.
Is cleaning available without an appointment?
All cleaning services are by appointment only.
What happens if you can’t access the home or office?
If we are unable to gain access to the home or office at the scheduled time, or if service is declined upon arrival, a $50 service fee will apply.
Do you offer laundry services?
We do not provide laundry services.
