Fogging your home or office can kill allergens, fungi spores, and even mold spores. Disinfecting your home or office after spring or fall allergy season can help prevent your allergies from lingering even after allergy season. The other benefit of fogging is that it can help prevent the spread of viruses within the home or office. 

By definition, a "Turnover" is a cleaning which usually means that a client is a rental property owner or management company who needs units cleaned so that it can be rented out again quickly.

General Cleaning!

General cleaning is just your basic cleaning the consist of the following.

• Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)

• Cobwebs removed

• Blinds & window sills (dusted)

• Molding & woodwork (dusted)

• Baseboards (dusted)

• Lamps & lampshades (dusted)

• Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)

• Furniture (dusted & polished and/or

​​        vacuumed)

• Top of refrigerator

• Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave

• Stove-top & back-splash

• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

• All mirrors cleaned

• Tub/shower/toilet & tile cleaned

• All bathroom fixtures cleaned

• Wastebasket emptied

• Linen turnover (ask for details)

• Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)

• Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped)

• Vacuum all carpet

Deep cleaning is basic cleaning with a few extra services added.

• Ceiling fan blades (washed)

• Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed)

• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or hand washed)

• Molding, woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)

• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

• Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed)

• Pictures and Knick-knacks (hand wiped)

• Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs and/or vacuumed)

• Stove-top & drip pans scrubbed

• All cabinet fronts cleaned

• All doors (washed)

• Light switch plates (washed)

• Counter-top & back-splash (washed)

• All mirrors 

• Tub/shower/toilet/fixtures (scrubbed and cleaned)

• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed & relined)

• Linen turnover (ask for details)

• Stairs (Vacuumed, wood washed)

• Vacuum all carpet and its crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair & carpet fibers collect)

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted w/an extension duster.
